02 — GROUP CLASSES

Reformer classes for every level, across both studios. All Levels, Pilates Strong, Hybrid, BodySculpt and Core & Glutes. Fifty minutes, small rooms, real instruction.

03 — RED LIGHT

A full-body reformer class under your own red light therapy panel. Recovery, circulation, and glow while you work. Four times a week at Grand Street. The only red light reformer class in Brooklyn.

04 — PRIVATE VIDEO ROOMS

Your own room, your own reformer, a screen, and 360-degree mirrors. Choose a class, press play, move at your pace. A duet room at Greenpoint for two.

05 — SELF-SERVICE STATIONS

Six reformer stations inside the group room at Williamsburg. Take a video class on your own, with the energy of a room around you. $35.

The Matcha Babe Restore Bar
