01 — WHAT WE TEACH

Every class is fifty minutes.

If it's your first time, start with All Levels — it's built for exactly that.

02

All Levels

BEGINNER WELCOME

Start here. Full-body reformer, every day at both studios. Built so first-timers and regulars can be in the same room.

03

Pilates Strong

SOME EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Heavier springs, slower tempo, strength focus. Take a few All Levels classes first, so you know the machine.

04

Hybrid

ALL LEVELS

Mat and reformer in one class. Half on the machine, half on the floor.

05

BodySculpt

SOME EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED

Targeted strength work — abs, glutes, and arms. You'll feel it tomorrow.

06

Strength Training Reformer

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED

Reformer Pilates meets strength training in this powerful 50-minute full-body workout. Build muscle, boost endurance, and sculpt from head to toe with heavier resistance, weights, and challenging Reformer sequences.

07

Private & Duet

ANY LEVEL, INCLUDING COMPLETE BEGINNERS

One-to-one with an instructor, or bring someone. Best for injuries, pre and post-natal, or nerves.

08

Red Light Reformer

ALL LEVELS

Red light therapy uses low-level red and near-infrared light, studied for muscle recovery, circulation, and skin. Here you get it while you train, not sitting in a booth afterward.

Red Light Reformer — a full reformer class under your own red light therapy panel.
Hybrid Red Light — mat and reformer combined, under the panels.

Both at Grand Street, four times a week, same $45 as any class. The only red light reformer class in Brooklyn.

11

What to wear

Leggings or shorts and a fitted top. Nothing too loose — the instructor needs to see your alignment.

12

Grip socks

Socks are required in every class. Grip socks are recommended — they help you stay stable on the reformer. Bring your own, or pick up a pair of Bad Girl Grips at the desk.

13

When to arrive

Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so we can get you set up. Five minutes after that.
