Single Credits

Monthly memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations must be made by emailing hello@selformer.com at least five days before renewal, not through the app, website or social media. Memberships cannot be transferred and unused credits do not roll over. A 4.5% NYC service tax applies. All sales are final. Clients arriving more than five minutes after class start will not be admitted.
