Monthly memberships renew automatically until canceled. Cancellations cannot be made through the Selformer app, website or social media and must be done by emailing the studio directly at hellow@selformer.com at least five days prior to membership renawal.

Membership pauses depend on the membership policies. See Eligibility on our policy page

Memeberships cannot be transferred to another user, or unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

A 4.5% NYC service tax will be added to all memberships and pricing plans. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Selformer has a strict 5-minute lateness policy. Clients who arrive more than five minutes after class start time will not be permitted to join the session.
