Welcome to Selformer VIP, the official on-demand platform of Selformer Pilates. • Free Trials: Any free trial period will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings or through the app store where you subscribed. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Non-transferable: Accounts and memberships are personal and cannot be shared, transferred, or sold.

2. Use of the Service

• The content provided is for personal fitness and educational purposes only.

• You agree not to copy, record, share, or distribute any part of the Service or its content without written permission from Selformer.

• You agree to use the Service responsibly and not for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Health Disclaimer

• Selformer VIP provides general fitness instruction and should not be considered medical advice.

• Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

• You participate at your own risk. Selformer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

• All videos, music, images, graphics, designs, trademarks, and other materials are the property of Selformer LLC or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written consent.

• The Selformer name, logo, and lightning-bolt icon are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

5. Payments and Billing

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Apple, Google, or Stripe.

• Selformer does not store payment information.

• Pricing, taxes, and billing intervals are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices with prior notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

• Selformer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Termination and Suspension

• Selformer may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

• You may terminate your account anytime by contacting support or canceling your subscription.

8. Updates and Modifications

• We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted within the app and effective immediately upon posting.

• Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selformer and its affiliates are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the Service.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous six months.
