What to expect
A private space where you can train on your own time with full length classes, programs, and tutorials played directly on the screen. Enjoy a quiet room, a Reformer set up for you, and the ability to move completely at your own pace.
Your 30 day path
Week 1
• Two video sessions in the private video room or at home
• One light strength or beginner style class
• Focus: learning the machine, building consistency
Week 2
• Three video sessions
• Mix one All Level or low intensity sculpt video
• Focus: improving form, getting comfortable with pacing
Week 3
• Three or four video sessions
• Add one stronger sculpt, glutes, or advanced option if ready
• Focus: building strength and endurance
Week 4
• Three to four video sessions
• Choose a mix you enjoy, repeat your favorite videos, or try a new category
• Focus: routine, confidence, and progress
