Service Description
Introducing our unique self-service, On-Demand Private Room In-Studio Reformer classes, exclusive to Selformer. With us, you no longer have to attend a class with an instructor you don't like, at an inconvenient time, or at a level that is not right for you. Choose from a variety of videos produced at the Selformer Creative Studio. Select your preferred level, instructor, andIt's your body, your time, your call! Experience a new way of doing Pilates at your new home away from home! Please wear socks throughout the entire duration of the class; if you don't have them, we got you! A variety of socks are available in our retail store
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
All clients must complete a signed health and liability waiver before their first session. Socks are required; grip socks are recommended. Self-service and private room video sessions use Selformer's pre-set video programming only — self-practice, outside videos, or personal devices are not permitted. We trust clients to assess their own readiness for a class level; we recommend at least two private sessions with an instructor before starting video classes, and advise against a video session if you feel unsafe or unwell. Email hello@selformer.com with questions about class level. 12-hour cancellation policy: cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your session for full credit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the credit. Bookings made with a membership, class package, promotion, or discounted credit also incur a $10 late cancellation fee or $20 no-show fee. Full-price single-session credits are forfeited but incur no extra fee. Cancel via the Selformer website or app. Latecomers cannot be admitted to a video session once it starts. No exceptions. Filming/photography isn't allowed in Video Rooms unless approved in writing by hello@selformer.com. Red light therapy is used at your own risk. Do not participate if you have photosensitivity, epilepsy, light-triggered seizures, eye sensitivity, or light-triggered migraines. If pregnant, under medical care, or on light-sensitizing medication, consult your doctor first. It is not a medical treatment. Please sanitize equipment after use. All sales are final.
