Not your ordinary Reformer class. Exclusive to Selformer, Red Light Reformer blends our clients’ favorite full-body sculpt with the glow-boosting, recovery-supporting benefits of red light therapy. Each guest gets their own personal red light panel, creating an immersive, lit-from-within experience you won’t find anywhere else. As you move through a dynamic Reformer flow, the red light works alongside your body to support circulation, muscle recovery, collagen production, and that post-class glow we’re all obsessed with. Expect a full-body sculpt that challenges, lengthens, and lights you up. Using a mix of weights, mats, and props, this class targets every major muscle group while still leaving you feeling restored, renewed, and a little bit addicted. Open to all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout. Whether you’re brand new to Reformer or already part of the Selformer world, this class meets you where you are and takes you somewhere new. Come experience Reformer in a whole new light.

Cancellation Policy
All clients must complete a signed health and liability waiver before their first class. Socks are required for all classes; grip socks are recommended. 12-hour cancellation policy: cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your session for full credit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the credit. Bookings made with a membership, class package, promotion, or discounted credit also incur a $10 late cancellation fee or $20 no-show fee. Full-price single-class credits are forfeited but incur no extra fee. Cancel via the Selformer website or app. Latecomers cannot be admitted to group or video classes once the session starts. No exceptions. Video Rooms are for Selformer-guided video classes only — self-practice or outside content isn't permitted. Filming/photography isn't allowed in classes or Video Rooms unless marked Filming-Friendly or approved in writing by hello@selformer.com. Red light therapy is used at your own risk. Do not participate if you have photosensitivity, epilepsy, light-triggered seizures, eye sensitivity, or light-triggered migraines. If pregnant, under medical care, or on light-sensitizing medication, consult your doctor first. It is not a medical treatment. Please sanitize equipment after use. All sales are final.
