Cancellation Policy

Selformer has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all Private Sessions. Clients who cancel a class after 24 hours of the start will forfeit that class credit and be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. Cancellation before 24 hours results in a credit refund to your account. You can cancel your reservation through the website or the Selformer app. Clients who no-show a class will forfeit that class credit and be charged a $20 no-show fee. All private sessions need to be paid on the date of the booking to reserve the appointment time. Socks are required for the entire duration of the class. Clients will not be admitted 5 minutes after the scheduled session. All sales are final, and booking purchases are non-refundable.
