Cancellation Policy
Selformer has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all Private Sessions. Clients who cancel a class after 12 hours of the start will forfeit that class credit and be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. Cancellation before 12 hours results in a credit refund to your account. You can cancel your reservation through the website or the Selformer app. Clients who no-show a class will forfeit that class credit and be charged a $20 no-show fee. Socks are required for the entire duration of the class. Clients will not be admitted 5 minutes after the scheduled session. All sales are final, and booking purchases are non-refundable.
