Introducing our unique self-service, On-Demand Private Room In-Studio Reformer classes, exclusive to Selformer. With us, you no longer have to attend a class with an instructor you don't like, at an inconvenient time, or at a level that is not right for you. Choose from a variety of videos produced at the Selformer Creative Studio. Select your preferred level, instructor, andIt's your body, your time, your call! Experience a new way of doing Pilates at your new home away from home! Please wear socks throughout the entire duration of the class; if you don't have them, we got you! A variety of socks are available in our retail store *Now you can add Red Light Therapy to your Private Room Video Reformer session at Selformer for the ultimate glow-up and recovery boost. It’s not just pretty red lights: Red light therapy is clinically studied to increase energy before workouts and aid recovery after. It stimulates mitochondria and stem cells to promote muscle repair. It reduces inflammation and soreness so you’re ready for whatever’s next (another class, dancing all night, questionable life choices). It also calms your nervous system while you focus on breath, core, and perfect form. We use a premium red light therapy panel with a 30-minute fat-burning program, plus the option to finish with an extra glow-up or muscle recovery boost for the final 10 minutes of your session. Think of it as your session’s secret weapon: part science-backed performance enhancer, part luxe self-care. Cancellation Policy
Selformer Video Self-Service Station Cancellation Policy Selformer maintains a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all Video Self-Service Station bookings. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the booked time will result in a credit refund to your Selformer account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start time will forfeit the class credit and incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Reservations can be canceled through the Selformer website or app. Members who do not show up for their booking will forfeit the credit and be charged a $20 no-show fee. Non-members who no-show will forfeit the full credit, which will not be refunded. Socks are required for the entire duration of your session. Clients may arrive at their station anytime after the booked hour begins. Each station is reserved for 50 minutes and must be fully cleared 10 minutes before the next hour to allow cleaning and preparation for the next guest. All stations must be cleaned and sanitized by the client at the end of their session. Beds and props must be reset and returned to their designated places. All sales are final. Booking purchases are non-refundable but may be returned as credit to your Selformer Wallet or used at our retail store. Please read our full studio policies at www.selformer.com.
