About Selformer

Selformer began in Greenpoint and expanded into Williamsburg, building on the success of our first studio. Both locations offer a welcoming, dynamic environment for Pilates enthusiasts of all levels. Our Greenpoint studio sits along the scenic waterfront and features Balanced Body Studio Reformers and a variety of props. The Williamsburg studio is a vibrant, modern space equipped with Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers, props and private video rooms. Our packages let you strengthen, stretch and socialize in two beautiful Brooklyn locations.

We offer two private event options at Selformer. Choose a simple studio buy-out for a focused, instructor-led private class, or upgrade to our full celebration package, where you can decorate, bring refreshments, and spend extra time hanging out with your crew. Strong workout or full party vibes. You decide.

Selformer Luxe Celebration Package

Celebrate in style with a deluxe Pilates party

A three‑hour event designed for a full celebration experience—ideal for birthdays, bachelorette parties or corporate team outings. This package combines a high‑energy reformer class with ample time to personalize the space and socialize afterward.

Event Timeline

Setup Time: 1 hour to decorate and prepare.
Class: 50‑minute instructor‑led reformer session with a 10‑minute buffer for transitions.
Post‑Class Hangout: 1 hour to relax, enjoy refreshments and celebrate.

What’s Included

Amenities: Two bar counters and a table for food and beverages, a complimentary Selformer gift and a 10 % discount on grippy socks.
Personalization: Bring your own decorations and goodie bags; place them on the reformers before class.
Food & Drinks: Non‑alcoholic food and beverages permitted (served only in the designated bar area). Matcha Babe lattes ($8 each) and Selformer‑branded water ($4 each) available for purchase.
Optional Add‑Ons: Playlist control, themed class, custom touches and additional time at $200 per hour.

Policies & Payments

Deposit: 50 % non‑refundable deposit due at booking.
Balance: Remaining payment due two weeks prior to the event.
Rescheduling: Allowed up to three days before the event without extra fees.
Cancellation: Allowed up to 24 hours before the event, but the deposit is not refunded.
Extra Time: Additional hours beyond the booking will be billed at $200 per hour, with any part of an hour counting as a full hour and charged automatically to the card on file.

Capacity & Pricing

Capacity: Up to seven participants at the Greenpoint studio and up to twelve at the Williamsburg studio.
Pricing: $1,500 total (~$125 per person).

Selformer Private Class Celebration

Short, sweet and all yours, for an intimate Pilates gathering.

A concise two‑hour event that focuses on the reformer workout while still offering a taste of celebration. Ideal for smaller groups or those seeking a more streamlined gathering.

Event Timeline

Setup Time: 30 minutes to bring light decorations and organize goodie bags.
Class: 50‑minute instructor‑led reformer session with a 10‑minute buffer.
Post‑Class Hangout: 30 minutes to regroup, hydrate and wrap up.

What’s Included

Amenities: Use of the reformer area; no bar or table space for food.
Personalization: Bring goodie bags and light decorations, and place them on reformers before class.
Food & Drinks: Food is not permitted. Guests may bring sealed non‑alcoholic beverages or purchase Selformer‑branded water.
Optional Add‑Ons: Playlist control, themed class, custom touches and extra time at $200 per hour.

Balance: Remaining payment due two weeks before the event.

EVENT RESOURCES

After your event is confirmed, please sign the contract and ensure that all guests complete the Health Waiver. We strongly recommend completing both ahead of time to ensure a smooth and timely start to your event. However, waivers will also be available to sign on the day of the event if needed.
