Our group classes occur in two rooms, one of which is our sun-soaked Bono Room. Group classes are limited to four members.

Want to enjoy a fun and healthy activity with friends? Reserve our entire group room for yourself and up to seven people. One person can book the reservation; the rest can be added in person at the studio. Take a group class together, and then head to brunch right after!
Our group room is equipped with four state-of-the-art Balanced Body studio reformers and props such as the magic circle, foam roller, hand weights, balance ball, pilates box, and more.
