Service Description
Book our KISS room for you and a friend for a private session. Our unique self-service, Private Room In-House reformer classes are exclusive to Selformer. Now, you don't have to take a class with an instructor you don't like, at an inconvenient time, or at a level that is not right for you. Choose from a variety of videos we produce at the Selformer Creative Studio. Choose your level, instructor, and type of class. It's your body, your time, your call! Please wear socks throughout the entire duration of the class; if you don't have them, we got you! There are a variety of socks available in our retail store ;) Please note that this service does not include a live instructor. The class will be displayed on our 55" TV, where you and your guests can choose your class, instructor, and level of class and play/pause for adjustments. Booking this service is not eligible with any of our pricing packages or memberships. Cancellation policy: Cancel up to 12 hours without penalty.

Cancellation Policy
Selformer maintains a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all Video Self-Service Station bookings. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the booked time will result in a credit refund to your Selformer account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start time will forfeit the class credit and incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Reservations can be canceled through the Selformer website or app. Members who do not show up for their booking will forfeit the credit and be charged a $20 no-show fee. Non-members who no-show will forfeit the full credit, which will not be refunded. Socks are required for the entire duration of your session. Clients may arrive at their station anytime after the booked hour begins. Each station is reserved for 50 minutes and must be fully cleared 10 minutes before the next hour to allow cleaning and preparation for the next guest. All stations must be cleaned and sanitized by the client at the end of their session. Beds and props must be reset and returned to their designated places. All sales are final. Booking purchases are non-refundable but may be returned as credit to your Selformer Wallet or used at our retail store. Please read our full studio policies at www.selformer.com.
