Service Description
At Selformer, we care deeply about the privacy and comfort of our clients, which is why recording of any kind is not permitted during our regular classes. But we also understand that some of our clients want to capture their workouts, whether you’re an influencer creating content, someone looking to track progress, checking your form, or just documenting your journey. That’s why we created Capture & Flow, a dedicated group class where filming is allowed and encouraged in a supportive environment. Important Policies: All participants must sign a release waiver before class begins. Clients may only promote their own content and are not permitted to feature or promote other brands without written consent from Selformer. Please be mindful of others in class, keeping the focus on your own workout and content. This class is perfect for creators, fitness pros, or anyone who loves to film their practice without worrying about disrupting others.

Cancellation Policy
At Selformer, the privacy and comfort of our clients are our top priorities. Filming is not allowed in our regular classes, but our Capture & Flow class was created specifically for clients who want to record their workouts for content creation, checking form, or tracking progress. To keep the experience positive and respectful for everyone, please follow these policies: All participants must sign a release waiver before class begins, giving permission for filming to take place in the class environment and confirming understanding of these rules. Any content posted publicly must tag @selformer. Promotion or featuring of other brands is strictly prohibited unless you have written consent from Selformer management. Filming should always focus on your own workout. Do not include other participants in your footage without their explicit verbal consent. Cameras, tripods, and phones must be placed in a discreet location where they will not in *Please bring socks; grip socks are recommended but not required. You can bring your own or purchase or rent Selformer Socks* No Exceptions* Remove all jewelry before class to protect our reformers. Phones and cameras are not allowed in the studio. We have a strict five-minute lateness policy for the safety of our instructors—latecomers will not be admitted. Selformer maintains a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all Video Self-Service Station bookings. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the booked time will result in a credit refund to your Selformer account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start time will forfeit the class credit and incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Reservations can be canceled through the Selformer website or app. Members who do not show up for their booking will forfeit the credit and be charged a $20 no-show fee. Non-members who no-show will forfeit the full credit, which will not be refunded. Clients may arrive at their station anytime after the booked hour begins. Each station is reserved for 50 minutes and must be fully cleared 10 minutes before the next hour to allow cleaning and preparation for the next guest. All stations must be cleaned and sanitized by the client at the end of their session. Beds and props must be reset and returned to their designated places. All sales are final. Booking purchases are non-refundable but may be returned as credit to your Selformer Wallet or used at our retail store. Please read our full studio policies at www.selformer.com.
