Join us for our special discounted Community Class, a welcoming, accessible session designed to bring everyone together on the mat (or reformer)! Whether you're brand new or a seasoned mover, this class offers the signature Selformer experience at a lower price so everyone can feel good, move well, and connect. Expect a fun, inclusive vibe with clear, supportive instruction. Perfect for trying us out, bringing a friend, or just treating yourself to quality movement on a budget. Cancellation Policy
Socks are required. Grip socks are recommended. Bring your own, purchase, or rent Selformer socks at the studio. No exceptions. Remove all jewelry, watches, sharp hair accessories, and anything that may damage Reformers, props, or equipment. A signed Selformer health and liability waiver is required before participating in any class or service, including group classes, private sessions, and Video Rooms. Clients without a completed waiver may not participate. Selformer is not responsible for injury, discomfort, reactions, or medical issues during or after participation. Personal, professional, commercial, or any other filming or photography is prohibited in group classes and Video Rooms without written approval. Filming is allowed only in classes marked Filming-Friendly, or FF, or with management approval. Video Room clients must follow Selformer video-guided classes only. Self-practice, outside videos, YouTube, personal devices, and third-party content are not permitted. Latecomers will not be admitted to group classes or video classes more than five minutes after the scheduled start time. Selformer has a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance return the credit to the client’s account. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the credit. Reservations booked through a membership, class package, promotion, or discounted credit also incur a $10 late cancellation fee or $20 no-show fee. These fees do not apply to full-price single-class credits, although the credit is still forfeited. Cancel through the Selformer website or app. All Reformers, equipment, props, and red light panels must be treated with care and used only as instructed. Clients must sanitize all equipment and props used after each class or Video Room session. For Red Light Reformer classes and red light services, clients must decide whether red light exposure is appropriate. Do not participate if you have photosensitivity, epilepsy, light-triggered seizures, light sensitivity, or any condition or medication affected by light exposure. Consult a medical professional when appropriate. Selformer is not responsible for reactions, injuries, or medical issues related to red light exposure. All sales are final.
