Service Description

Book our KISS room for you and a friend for a private session. Our unique self-service, Private Room In-House reformer classes are exclusive to Selformer. Now, you don't have to take a class with an instructor you don't like, at an inconvenient time, or at a level that is not right for you. Choose from a variety of videos we produce at the Selformer Creative Studio. Choose your level, instructor, and type of class. It's your body, your time, your call! Please wear socks throughout the entire duration of the class; if you don't have them, we got you! There are a variety of socks available in our retail store ;) Please note that this service does not include a live instructor. The class will be displayed on our 55" TV, where you and your guests can choose your class, instructor, and level of class and play/pause for adjustments. Booking this service is not eligible with any of our pricing packages or memberships. Cancellation policy: Cancel up to 12 hours without penalty.

Cancellation Policy

Selformer has a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes and self-service video classes and a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private appointments. Private appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance will be fully charged and not refundable. Early cancellations: Cancellations or changes made before 12 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and are eligible for full credit. Our classes are 50 minutes long, and we ask you to use 5 minutes before class to get dressed and ready with your belongings put away and 5 minutes after class to gather your belongings and sanitize your station so the next client can enjoy the room.  Out of respect for our clients, instructors, and your safety, you will not be admitted 5 minutes after the scheduled class time for group and on-demand video classes. If you are denied entry due to lateness, you may attend a later class on standby. All Sales are final. Booking purchases are non-refundable. Clients can receive credit back into their Selformer Wallet or use the credit at our retail store. All clients must sign a health waiver before attending their first class. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked class to fill out the form at the studio or on our mobile app or website. Alternatively, please follow this link: https://forms.wix.com/f/7149037555155993494 Pregnancy: up to 20 weeks of pregnancy, clients can participate in all video, group, and private classes. Beyond 20 weeks, working out at our studio requires a doctor's clearance. Beyond 20 weeks, clients can only participate in private and video sessions. Please ensure not to book an advanced or intermediate class after 20 weeks of pregnancy. We encourage all postnatal clients to schedule a Private Pilates 1:1 class before rejoining the classes. No personal, brand, or commercial video or photography is permitted anywhere at Selformer without prior written consent. For hygiene purposes, socks are required for all classes.
