Pregnancy Safe Flow
Who this is for
You are expecting and want safe, controlled, low impact movement. Pregnant women should inform the instructors about their pregnancy. We recommend pregnant women book a private Pilates class before joining a video class. Our prenatal policy is as follows: up to 20 weeks of pregnancy, clients can participate in all video, group, and private classes. Beyond 20 weeks, working out at our studio requires a doctor's clearance. Beyond 20 weeks, clients can only participate in private and video sessions. Please ensure not to book an advanced or intermediate class after 20 weeks of pregnancy. We encourage all postnatal clients to schedule a Private Pilates 1:1 class before rejoining the classes.
