Simple Recipes - What To Eat Before Class

Are you the type of person who loves a light snack before a workout, one that gives you energy but doesn't weigh you down? Read on for a simple & tasty matcha 'no bake' protein bite recipe below:


Ingredients:

  • 3-4 tablespoons of nut butter

  • 1 scoop protein powder (we love chocolate)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 teaspoon matcha powder

  • 1 tablespoon honey, maple or agave syrup

  • 2 teaspoons virgin coconut oil

  • pinch of sea salt


Instructions:

Add ingredients to food processor and blend until well mixed. Mixture should stick together but feel dry.

  • Scoop a small amount of the mixture and roll into a ball with hands.

  • Place each ball on baking sheet lined with parchment paper (about 12 balls).

  • Store in airtight container and place in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
