Ingredients:
3-4 tablespoons of nut butter
1 scoop protein powder (we love chocolate)
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoon matcha powder
1 tablespoon honey, maple or agave syrup
2 teaspoons virgin coconut oil
pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Add ingredients to food processor and blend until well mixed. Mixture should stick together but feel dry.
Scoop a small amount of the mixture and roll into a ball with hands.
Place each ball on baking sheet lined with parchment paper (about 12 balls).
Store in airtight container and place in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
