After spending my twenties in a high-pressure finance career, I understand the importance of balance and presence, and design classes that support physical resilience and mental clarity.
Katie's Story
Katie is a Brooklyn-based Pilates instructor certified through SPRING Movement. Her teaching emphasizes strength, mindfulness, and endurance, with an intentional, form-focused approach that supports both physical and mental well-being. With a background in dance, Katie creates athletic, thoughtful classes that help clients feel capable in their bodies and connected to them, amidst the demands of everyday life.
