Service Description

Planning a special occasion such as a birthday, bachelorette party, or a group workout session with friends? You can book our sunny group room for a private session with one of our video instructors. The room can accommodate you and up to seven friends. Please provide the number of people, preferred date, and time, and we will confirm your booking. Please note that this service does not include a live instructor. Instead, the class will be displayed on our 55" TV, allowing you and your guests to select the class, video instructor, and level of the class. You can also control playback for adjustments. It's important to note that this service cannot be used with any of our pricing packages or class credits and can only be booked via this specific booking page. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.

Cancellation Policy

Selformer has a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes and self-service video classes and a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private appointments. Private appointments not canceled 24 hours in advance will be fully charged and not refundable. Early cancellations: Cancellations or changes made before 12 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and are eligible for full credit. Our classes are 50 minutes long, and we ask you to use 5 minutes before class to get dressed and ready with your belongings put away and 5 minutes after class to gather your belongings and sanitize your station so the next client can enjoy the room.  Out of respect for our clients, instructors, and your safety, you will not be admitted 5 minutes after the scheduled class time for group and on-demand video classes. If you are denied entry due to lateness, you may attend a later class on standby. All Sales are final. Booking purchases are non-refundable. Clients can receive credit back into their Selformer Wallet or use the credit at our retail store. All clients must sign a health waiver before attending their first class. Beyond 20 weeks, working out at our studio requires a doctor's clearance. Beyond 20 weeks, clients can only participate in private and video sessions. Please ensure not to book an advanced or intermediate class after 20 weeks of pregnancy. We encourage all postnatal clients to schedule a Private Pilates 1:1 class before rejoining the classes. No personal, brand, or commercial video or photography is permitted anywhere at Selformer without prior written consent. For hygiene purposes, socks are required for all classes.
