Cancellation Policy

By attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Assumption of Risk Participation in this event is voluntary. Attendees acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical activity, travel to and from the venue, and any interactions at the event. Health and Safety Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness. Attendees are expected to follow all posted safety guidelines and any instructions from event staff. Photography and Media Release The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant the event organizers permission to use your likeness in any resulting materials without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform event staff upon arrival. Code of Conduct We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate. Liability Waiver Selformer Studio and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from attendance or participation. Changes and Cancellations Selformer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, program, or venue, or to cancel the event if necessary. In the case of cancellation, any refund policies will be communicated clearly. Personal Belongings Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. Organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. By entering the event space, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this policy.
