Cancellation Policy

Reformer Classes Policy Socks are required. Grip socks are recommended but not required. You may bring your own or purchase or rent Selformer socks at the studio. No exceptions. Please remove all jewelry before class to protect our Reformers, props, and equipment. By booking any Selformer Reformer class, clients confirm they are feeling well and able to participate. Clients are responsible for listening to their bodies and deciding whether class is appropriate for them. Selformer is not responsible for any injury, discomfort, reaction, or medical issue that may occur during or after class. Phones and cameras are not allowed in the studio during class, unless the class is listed as filming-friendly in the class description. Latecomers will not be admitted after 5 minutes. We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class will return the credit to your Selformer account. Cancellations made within 12 hours will forfeit the credit and incur a $10 late cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit the credit and be charged a $20 no-show fee. Reservations can be canceled through the Selformer website or app. All equipment, props, Reformers, and red light panels must be treated with care and used only as instructed. For Red Light Reformer, clients are responsible for deciding whether red light therapy is appropriate for them. Clients should not participate if they are sensitive to light, have epilepsy, light-triggered seizures, photosensitivity, or any condition, medication, or sensitivity that may be affected by light exposure. Selformer is not responsible for any reaction or medical issue related to red light exposure. All sales are final. Please read our full studio policies at www.selformer.com.
