Service Description
Group Reformer classes are limited to twelve members and combine exercises with the reformer machine and props such as the magic circle, foam roller, hand weights, balance ball, Pilates box, and more. In the class, you will get to know your body better while working on posture and toning your body. If you're new to Pilates, we recommend you start with at least one beginner class. Pilates is a workout that ANYONE can do practically every day. Are you ready to start or end your day with Pilates? Here's your class!

Cancellation Policy
Selformer has a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. Clients who cancel a class after 12 hours of the start will forfeit that class credit and be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. Cancellation before 12 hours results in a credit refund to your account. You can cancel your reservation through the website or the Selformer app. Clients who no-show a class will forfeit that class credit and be charged a $20 no-show fee. Socks are required for the entire duration of the class. Clients will not be admitted 5 minutes after the scheduled class time. If you are denied entry due to lateness, you may attend a later class on standby. All sales are final, and booking purchases are non-refundable.
