Join us for a Community Mat Pilates class, where everyone is welcome! This session is perfect for all fitness levels, whether you're a seasoned pro or new to Pilates. Our skilled instructors will guide you through a dynamic workout on the Reformer, focusing on strength, flexibility, and alignment. Not only is this a great opportunity to connect with others in your community while taking care of your body and mind, but it's also designed to make Pilates more affordable and accessible to everyone. Come move, stretch, and strengthen together in a supportive and inclusive environment! * Members with all active memberships and class credits may join this class.

Cancellation Policy
The Mat Studio is located at 67 West, Floor 2, Suite 209. Please check in with the instructor upon arrival. Selformer has a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes. Clients who cancel a class after 12 hours of the start will forfeit that class credit and be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. Cancellation before 12 hours results in a credit refund to your account. You can cancel your reservation through the website or the Selformer app. Clients who no-show a class will forfeit that class credit and be charged a $20 no-show fee. Clients will not be admitted 5 minutes after the scheduled class time. If you are denied entry due to lateness, you may attend a later class on standby. All sales are final, and booking purchases are non-refundable. Clients can receive credit back into their Selformer Wallet or use the credit at our retail store.
