Group Class Beginner Reformer

Service Description

A beginner or foundation Reformer Pilates class is designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. This class typically focuses on teaching proper alignment, breathing techniques, and core engagement while using the Reformer machine. Instructors guide students through a series of basic exercises that target the entire body, emphasizing controlled movements and stability. The class is paced slower to ensure that participants can develop confidence and familiarity with the equipment and movements. It’s ideal for those new to Pilates or those looking to refresh their foundational skills. The goal is to build a strong foundation that will support more advanced exercises in the future.

Cancellation Policy

This is only valid for new clients who haven't previously taken any classes at Selformer; if you sign up with a duplicate account or have taken a class (including free introductory classes), we reserve the right to cancel without a refund. Out of respect for our clients, instructors, and your safety, you will not be admitted 5 minutes after the scheduled class time for group and on-demand video classes. If you are denied entry due to lateness, you may attend a later class on standby. All Sales are final. Booking purchases are non-refundable. Clients can receive credit back into their Selformer Wallet or use the credit at our retail store. We are required to wear socks during all classes for the entire duration of the class.
